About the workshop
This is a space organized by our School for anyone, alone or accompanied, who wishes totake time for yourself for your well-being.
Through games and simple dynamics we pave the way to promote areunion with spontaneity, creativity, complicity, joy and a serene state of mind. The release of deep laughter is encouraged, helping to release stress and tension, generating a state of well-being and pleasant empowerment.
All of this is done in a progressive and respectful manner, making the experience easy and beneficial for all participants, regardless of their condition.

It is essential that you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
The activity is done without shoes. If you prefer, with non-slip socks.
