About the workshop
It is a space organized by our School for anyone, alone or accompanied, who wishes take time for yourself for your well-being.
★ Helps practice tenderness on a mental, emotional and physical level.
★ The focus is on tenderness through play, movement and art.
★ I think tenderly, I feel tenderly, I express myself and act tenderly.
All of this is done in a progressive and respectful manner, making the experience easy and beneficial for all participants, regardless of their condition.

It is essential that you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
The activity is done without shoes. If you prefer, with non-slip socks.
